Joe brings more than seventeen years of corporate banking experience to Barrel Stock Trading - much of it focused on the beverage sector. After successful stints at Wells Fargo and Bank of Montreal, Joe joined Truist and helped that bank become one of the leaders in the spirits sector. Among other accomplishments, Joe created the bank's Barrel Financing Program, which became one of the largest barrel lending platforms in the industry. Throughout his banking career, Joe produced more than $3B in loan originations within the beverage industry. Along the way, he has assisted companies with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, project financings, equity raises and more, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships to BSTC.
Joe holds a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Dan Hogan is a founding partner of Barrel Stock Trading. Dan previously founded and led Medalogix, a Nashville-based post-acute specific predictive modeling and workflow company established to help home health providers deliver more efficient and effective patient care. A former home health agency owner and operator, Dan's hands-on healthcare knowledge guided Medalogix from the idea stage to scale as the company solved some of today’s most pressing healthcare challenges, like hospital readmission reduction and end-of-life care coordination.
For his work developing Medalogix, Dan was honored as Nashville's 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. He has been twice recognized as one of Nashville Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs and a Healthcare Hero. He was awarded the Nashville Technology Council’s 2016 Innovator of the Year award. Medalogix itself also received several honors during Dan's tenure as CEO, including the Health Information Technology award from the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and as a finalist for Harvard’s Health Acceleration Challenge.
As a graduate of the Nashville Emerging Leaders program, Young Leaders Council, and Leadership Nashville, Dan has been civically minded since arriving in Nashville in 1998 and was honored as the YLC Young Leader of the Year in 2014. Dan currently serves as finance chair of Metro Nashville Sports Authority, chairman of the Nashville Police and Public Safety Alliance, and on the boards of Tennessee Resettlement Aid and the Nashville Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), where he served as president in 2016.
A Chicago native, Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from the University of Georgia and spends his free time running, mountain biking, dabbling in photography and hanging out with his daughter.

Clint is a founding partner of Barrel Stock Trading. Before BSTC, he was the co-founder and long-time CEO of the email marketing company Emma, which grew to nearly 200 employees before a successful exit in late 2017. Clint was honored as a finalist for Most Admired CEOs by the Nashville Business Journal in 2011 and CEO of the Year by the Entrepreneur Center in 2013, but he is most proud of the Best Places to Work award bestowed upon the company - multiple times by the Nashville Business Journal and once by Outside Magazine. The company continues to thrive as part of a global family of brands headquartered in Nashville. Clint’s earlier career involved a stint as a songwriter on Pride Music Group’s roster, content and editorial roles at CitySearch, and content and product roles at Smallbusiness.com.
A native of Albany, Georgia, Clint graduated from Vanderbilt University with a history major and a German minor and has lived in Nashville ever since. He has served on the boards of the Nashville Chapter of EO / Entrepreneurs Organization (where he also served as president), the Nashville Public Library Foundation, the Adventure Science Center, Thistle Farms and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, where he served for two years as an entrepreneur-in-residence for their InFlight startup program. He remains an ardent supporter of startup companies and founders and enjoys travel, languages, creative projects, and spending time with his wife Holly and their three children.

Stephanie joined Barrel Stock in early 2023 after successful stints at Nashville-based Avenue, Pinnacle Financial Partners and Studio Bank. Her career spans various banking sectors, including retail, commercial, and treasury management. Stephanie's understanding of the banking landscape allows her to navigate financial scenarios while providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. She is a versatile and proficient teammate who takes pride in solving problems and curating a memorable experience for clients. At Barrel Stock, Stephanie helps manage our investor communications, capital calls, distributions, and everyday operations.
